Where can I buy?   Little River sells both direct from the factory and in certain regions through stocking dealers. Refer to the listing or map above for full details.

Can I see a boat in my area?   Where ever there is not a local dealer, it may still be possible to see a boat in person by visiting one of our customers in your area. Our founder, Bill Larson, is the designer of our fleet, and a former Masters Nationals Medalist in sculling.  Because our background is racing, our skiffs and shells have a lot more Engineering and Quality (LINK TO CHOOSING A BOAT)  in them than most recreational products. We also feel that as designers and competitive oarsman, we can offer you an understanding of the technology and diversity of the sport that few others have.

How long does it take to get a boat?

From May to December it normally takes from 2 to 6 weeks from time of deposit to delivery date. From January to April it takes a little longer, from 4 to 9 weeks.

How do I pay?

To order simply place a $1000 deposit over the phone. We can do this by Master Card, Visa, or electronic check. Then when your boat is completed, simply pay the balance to our delivery driver by personal check.

How does it get here?

We ship most of our boats on our own trucks and trailers right to your door.
To the west, Canada and Mexico we use Private carriers who carry only shells and specialty kayaks, and who are aware of the special handling issues. Internationally and to remote areas, we ship via Fed Ex Freight.

This is Little River tradition. From Florida to Maine, Michigan to Texas we provide personal delivery and teaching.*

We want to know you by your first name, and give you the one-on-one service so many of our customers appreciate, because the purchase of your very own personal craft should be as memorable as the days you spend in it.

 * In most cases we hand deliver your boat to your door via our trucks and trailers, and our training instructors will teach you how to row right in your back yard!

What does shipping cost?
Little River has it’s own fleet of delivery trucks, making it by far the most reliable delivery company in the United States. However, these trucks head out less often then some clients needs. We also use an independent Special Carrier for faster service. See prices and details below.
